We offer a one year warranty on everything, if the item develops a fault within three months we can offer a refund or exchange, after three months, it is an exchange only.
Replacement faulty items are sent back to you free of charge.
In all cases you will need to notify us of your intention to return by either email to tell us the details of your return or by completing the form found under - customer service - returns. You will be issued with a returns number. You can then post the item back to us at the provided address. Please don't forget to fill in and include the return slip in your parcel.
If your item is faulty, there is a freepost address you may use within the first month of purchase only if the customer is in the UK. Please email us for the address. The freepost address is only for the use of returning faulty items within the UK. When we receive the item back here it will be checked, if the item is not faulty and the freepost address has been used, then there will be a charge of £3.50 for the cost of postage.
Due to obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods. For the goods to be returned if they are not broken/faulty the following terms have to be met.
1. The goods must be unused.
2. The goods must be returned in original condition & packaging
3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and no exchangeable.
4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
5. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order.
6. Lingerie, items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
7. Consumables are non refundable once they have been opened, used or worn. This includes, but is not limited to Lubricants, Oils, Condoms.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.
Items received that are incorrect must not have the product packaging opened, we must be notified as soon as it is convenient and we will advise full instructions for an exchange. Incorrect products received with security seals or sealed packaging broken/opened cannot then be returned for an exchange.
If an item is returned to us and found not to be faulty, there will be a postage charge to send your item back if requested.
If you are returning an item from out side of the UK we do not cover any postage charges to return items back to us under any circumstances.
Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 36 hours of being delivered.
